Sandy Island…An Oceanfront Paradise

Welcome to Paradise! Navarre Beach is known as Florida's most relaxing beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Beach Colony Resort can be your slice of Heaven. Enjoy some of the best views on the beach from this gorgeous, East Tower, 5th floor space. Beach Colony offers resort-style amenities and features, including the largest pool on the island, charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, a community room and fitness center as well as private beach access. From the spacious, curved balcony you have a great vantage point out to the Navarre Pier, the Gulf's longest, on your East and to the West, amazing Sunsets and it is accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance during these months.

This condo is amazing! Very clean, convenient, well-decorated and well-stocked. I loved the balcony with amazing views to watch the dolphins while I enjoyed my morning coffee. One of our favorite condos so far…

This condo has everything you need and more. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the condo had lots of extras to make you feel right at home. The property manager was fantastic at answering all my questions quickly. We have stayed at the beach colony many times and this is our favorite condo now.

Family get away.

Condo was great. Just as advertised, very clean with modern upgrades. Had an issue with the patio door but communicated with the owner and it was taken care of in minutes. Great place to stay and we especially loved the extra ice machine that was in the cabinet. This place has everything you need for a great weekend. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The best beach stay ever.

Absolutely fabulous. Condo looks brand new. I could see manta rays in the waves from the balcony. Could hear the waves ant time the doors were open. They have everything you could need. Well appointed kitchen. Just about every kitchen appliance you could need. New dishes glassware. Even champagne glasses! A cart to schlep stuff to the beach. Condo is a really nice size with the bedrooms at opposite ends so lots of privacy. Dog friendly too. And then the location is perfect. Crystal clear water, powdered sugar sand, lots of restaurants around.

Not Your Ordinary

Attention to detail matters. Each sink was provided with a regular-sized bottle of hand soap. Nice size kitchen and well-stocked with several different small appliances, glassware, cups, and plates along with several dish towels. Both bathrooms are nice size. You even have a view of the ocean in the master bath. Our family enjoyed the patio and the nugget ice maker standalone refrigerator (no, I don't mean countertop)! Makeup washcloths were excellent! Yes, we would stay at 5B again! A few suggestions: 1) guest showerhead (super cute); however, the water pressure was low and was not adjustable. You had to stand almost completely under it. (nice guest walk-in shower). 2) The master bath hand towel holder was very loose. 3) some of the coffee cups were dirty. 4) The black rubber garbage disposable guard was very dirty. I removed it and Clorex wiped it along with the inside rim of the sink hole was gross.

This condo was so nice, we had two senior couples, it was a perfect location! The condo was beautiful, the balcony was where we spent a lot of our time. The view from the balcony was great. The decor in this condo was really nice. We so enjoyed our visit and we will make future reservations.

This was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. It was clean with high quality furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of supplies for the beach. The entire facility is well maintained with easy access to the beach. I would certainly rent it again.

We LOVED our stay here! This condo feels more spacious than other condos we've rented. Loved the tasteful decor and the fabulous balcony! We had one minor issue with the new ice maker, and the owner responded very quickly with a solution ... even following up after his initial visit to make sure all was well. Thanks so much for a great place for my sisters and I to have a much needed time away together!
