Peral 605 Sugar White Sand and Emerald Waters! Beautiful Gulf Views!

Come enjoy our 6th floor condo at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Located between Pensacola and Destin, Navarre Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach. The sand is white as snow and the water is an emerald color, hence the emerald coast. Leave the crowds and traffic in Destin and Pensacola and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Go shelling or fish from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or cycle on the 3 mile long bike path that runs along Gulf Blvd. Visit the Gulf Island National Seashore or one of the parks on the island. Cross the bridge and let your kids cool off at the kid's water park and play ground or explore the butterfly house; both are right next to the Visitors Welcome Center. There are several fast food restaurants, grocery stores and local shops along Hwy 98. Incredible Gulf views can be seen from the private balcony. The dining area has a wet bar. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies and has granite counter tops. The living areas and bathrooms have tile floors. The bedrooms have plush carpet. We also offer FREE WiFi, electronic keyless entry.
The Pearl is a secure gated property with coded entry at the front gate and the beach access point. The Pearl has 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is geothermal heated year round and a hot tub.

A few days in paradise!

The property was very well kept. Everything was easily accessible. The room was beautiful, very clean and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the peaceful serenity and are already making plans to go back!

Very nice condo

This condo was nicely decorated and well stocked. Our only negative comment is that the sheets in the 2nd bedroom were worn looking with light stains. Last, the checkout time is too early. 10am would help your guests greatly. We would definitely rent this condo again!

What a great weekend away

This property us beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Enough space for everyone. We had a short getaway for labor day weekend and it was well worth the wait. We hope to be back real soon. Navarre is the ultimate relaxation spot & the condo & owner are great to work with. Thank you.

Nice (too short) getaway...

The condo was clean and bright, and it was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was responsive. The only issue was a broken (standalone) ice maker, but we weren't counting on an icemaker, anyway, and the normal one in the fridge worked just fine. We would rent this place again.

First time but not our last time

First time at Navarre Beach but won't be our last. We loved the laid back atmosphere and that the beaches were not crowded. Very short walk to the beach from the condo and loved that ramps were included for those who have a hard time with stairs. The condo itself was nothing short of amazing from the great view of the beach and ocean from the 6th floor balcony to the ice machine. The condo had everything you could possibly need for cooking a great meal. The check in process was seamless. Merle was great and answered all of our questions. Loved our time at Navarre Beach and the condo.

Nice Condo

Condo was nice - it is slighted dated as we stayed there 9 years ago and pretty much the same. Great ice maker ar wet bar. Views are great of beach...private balcony that overlooks pool and beach. Light from pools light up balcony which gives cool view when sitting out listening to waves. Can hear kids in pool but pool closes at 1000 so not a problem at night.view when sitting

We had. Wonderful week. Great location we love Navarre. Property was clean and well maintained. My only negative would be glass tables were hard with kids and not enough plugs in the bedrooms. Minor things like that.

Family vacation

Thanks for sharing your condo. It was wonderful. Views from the balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen as well as had lunch. We went out to different restaurants in the area for dinner. Our family had an awesome time. There is only one thing that I wish we would have known before we got on the beach. We were not aware that the chairs and umbrellas could only be used if a fee was paid daily or by the week. We ended up going to a store nearby and purchased or own beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the week.

Family beach vacation

Our stay was really wonderful. Our family enjoyed the beautiful beach and the pool. The condo was so nice. It was Decorated so nice And beachy we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the Dolphins and all the activity on the beach in the morning. The property manager got back with us right away if we had questions. He was very helpful. We could walk to like three different restaurants, and the grocery store was very very close. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated condo. It was very clean, had good mattresses, and a great floor plan. There was a little mildew on the bottom of the curtains in the main bedroom, which did cause some mild asthma symptoms in one family member. The manager did walk in unexpectedly to fix a minor plumbing issue, but he was very helpful. He thought the unit was unoccupied. We would love to visit again!

Short get away

Wonderful, relaxing trip. Views and accommodations were great. The condo could not have been nicer. We loved everything about this place. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the extra ice maker. The master bath is HUGH! The beaches were perfect. Saw lots of marine life from the balcony and the beach.

Nice, A bit dated

Anything at The Pearl is a nice place to stay. This particular unit was enough but not the nicest Pearl unit I have stayed in. The carpet is showing some wear but the technology (TVs) desperately need updating. On rainy days, it’s nice to be able to watch your favorite streaming services. The TVs are at least 10 years old which meant we constantly had to unplug them to reset Netflix. Upon having trouble, we called Netflix who confirmed the age of the TV was the issue. Other than that, the unit was clean just a little outdated.
