MILLION DOLLAR VIEWS!! You want the best beach Penthouse, you got it! You want to be directly on the beach, you got it! You want FREE beach service, you got it! You want ample parking, you got it! You want 3 pools and 3 hot tubs, you got that too! Beach Service active March 1 until October 31 daily from 8AM until 5PM. 2 Free chairs and 1 Umbrella setup for you daily, no charge. Additional chairs are available for rent if needed. PLEASE place provided parking pass inside unit on your dashboard.

This 3 bedroom 2 Bath rooftop penthouse condo offer commanding view from the rooftop patio watching dolphins, turtles, rays, birds, eagles and a variety of wildlife. Sunsets are spectacular and oh yes, that beach...Sugar white and powder soft sand. 3 Pools beach side and hot tubs, Charcoal grills are provided at the side of each building for your enjoyment. Guest tell us they rarely leave the roof top and we agree. Ample outdoor seating including 2 polywood sun loungers, 4 ocean blue chairs and a complete outdoor farm style dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy meals while relaxing in the Florida sun and viewing sunsets.

Located directly next to Florida's longest fishing pier where the action is non stop from fishermen catching pompano, king mackerel, spanish mackerel, bonita, blackfin tuna and even an occasional shark!

Hungry? you can literally walk to several restaurants on Navarre beach. Your choices include Sailors Grille at the Pier, Andy D's and our favorite Juana Pagoda's tiki bar on the sound with volleyball, live music and jet ski rentals. Local favorites nearby are Beach House Grille at the Mariott on the beach, Dave's oyster bar in nearby Gulf Breeze, Stripes sports bar, and if authentic cajun is your flavor try Where Y'att Seafood for low country shrimp, corn, and crawfish.

Be sure to visit Sweet Pea, the local turtle ambassador for his species at the Navarre Marine Turtle center. A drive to the National seashore is a great way to spend a day, be sure to keep your eyes on the sky for one of the plentiful bald eagles that frequent the area.

20 minutes away you will find Pensacola for a eclectic array of dining, nightlife, and history including Fort Pickens built in the 1800's to protect Pensacola bay from naval attacks, famous for housing Geronimo after his capture in the plains. The Navy Blue Angels stationed at NAS Pensacola are frequently spotted practicing over the gulf.

Destin and world famous Crab Island is only 30 minutes away.
Renting a pontoon is the best way to experience Crab Island. Destin harbor is home to Florida's largest commercial fishing fleet where you have hundreds of choices to take you fishing from smaller bay boats to the big off shore sportfish rigs that chase grouper, amberjack, tuna, snapper, wahoo and mackerel.

Fantastic property - the rooftop deck was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we need to make a small thanksgiving feast.Excellent communication - hosts were easy to communicate with and took care of an issue with internet quickly.We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Balcony!!!! This unit is lovely and equipped with everything you need. We rarely went to the beach because everything you would ever want is right there in this penthouse. There were a couple of things that needed attention and the host was right on it. Communication was excellent and any deficitency was quickly repaired. We appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. We will definitely be back very soon and will most likely make this our regular stay in Navarre. Thanks again for everything.

Great Stay!

This is a great property with an amazing rooftop view. It has all of the amenities that you need for a fabulous vacation. The host is super responsive and the only issue we had was with the ac which is typical in Florida and it was fixed the same morning. It does lack a 3rd bathroom which would be beneficial for our group and the 3rd bedroom is very small. It is really just a bunkroom. All of that being said the outdoor space more than makes it up for smaller indoor space. I would highly recommend this property to people!!!

Amazing VRBO

Great Communication with owners, place is stunning, views were amazing, fav. part was the oversized balcony. Def. will keep this as a favorite for future stays. Navarre Beach and Summerwind has always been our place we call home on vacation.

Great family vacation.

We really enjoyed the penthouse view of this condo. All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. You can fit 8 very comfortably. The bedroom with the bunk beds and queen is small but teenage kids did fine in the beds. We plan to book here again!

Hope to stay in this unit again!

We have stayed at the Summerwind before, but this was the first time in this unit. We absolutely loved this penthouse unit! We love Navarre Beach and have been coming here for years. The property staff was very friendly. The rooftop patio is a must have! The kitchen is well stocked if you are into cooking at the beach. The unit was clean and the boogie boards and games provided as well as the beach chair service make the overall experience even better. There are so many wonderful restaurants and seafood shops nearby. Easy beach access and right next to the pier. There are 3 condos at the Summerwind. Each condo has it's own pool and hot tub which helps with crowding. Easy check in and checking out. We hope to stay in this unit in the future!

Late Summer Vacation Navarre Beach

Best view

We loved our stay here. The view is amazing . We saw so much sea life from balcony . The balcony was our favorite, we spent many nights out on it watching stars and listening to waves . The condo had everything our family of 7 needed. Plenty of space for all of us . Good and fast communication with owner .

Family Beach Fun

We had an absolute wonderful time at this beachfront location! We have been going to Destin for 15+ years and took a chance by experiencing Navarre Beach this trip! We loved the same great beaches / emerald water and didn’t miss the craziness that has become Destin! The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our family fun in the sun and we really enjoyed the rooftop deck for evenings sitting outside! We highly recommend this location and look forward to visiting in the future!

Beach Getaway

We stayed at Top Dawg for a week and had a fabulous experience. Allen communicated with me before our trip very quickly when we had questions. The condo is very clean and has amazing views. The property was under going renovations during our stay but it was not bothersome and actually very quiet. It was a great trip and will definitely book again as the condo is in a great location. It is close to lots of shopping, delicious food, and loads of fun things to see/do. Jauana’s is across the street and HIGHLY recommended it for food, people watching, or grabbing a drink while listening to music.

We had a wonderful time. The kids(15 & 16) had a blast. The view from the rooftop was beautiful(we had binoculars and would recommend them). We surf fished and fished from the pier and did well from both(best late afternoon and evening). The beach was great. We will be back.

We love Navarre!!!

This vacation was so we could bring our 5 year old grandson to the beach. We had never been to Navarre. We loved it!! The outside area was awesome! We loved setting out there listening to the waves! We got to see dolphins jumping out of the water and saw turtles at the Pier. Windjammers next door at the pier was great! We ate at Stripes and we all loved it! We drove to Pensacola one night to eat also. We didn’t cook a lot but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with everything you should need. The owners were quick to answer any question I had. As we were leaving Sunday morning my husband told me to look and see if it was available in November. It wasn’t available but we will definitely book again!!! Thanks for opening up your condo for others to enjoy!!!

Beautiful place, breathtaking view

This was our first stay in Navarre. This property did not disappoint, it was the exact place we needed. I was constantly telling my husband that I wanted this decor or that - kudos to the decorator. The hosts were wonderful - very personable and ready to address any need. They had everything you needed there, though. Even beach toys you can borrow from things left behind. Spectacular views - dolphins, sunset, stars, can see both the ocean on one side and the bay on the other - from the huge deck. We will definitely be back!

Missing that view already

We had a great stay. We love the condo and that view from the balcony is everything. The bedding was some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced on a vacation. We all had a great nights sleep for the entire vacation. PlentY of space to lounge on those rainy days. Quiet and cooking in gives you the best view in town. We had many meals on the balcony, and enjoyed every second. Great place, great stay!

We had a wonderful time! Condo was roomy and had everything we needed. We loved the roof top balcony. Wish the water was clearer but can’t help Mother Nature. We will Be back and recommend the location to others with all age children.
