Wonderful Unit and Location!

We had such a great vacation in this unit! The place was clean, communication was great, check-in was easy and access to the pool was great. This unit is also on the end of a building so you only share a wall with one neighbor (I didn’t realize that when I booked our stay, but I was pleasantly surprised by this). Access to the beach was quick and safe. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It would have been nice to have more plates so that I didn't have to wash them so often (but that reallt wasn't a big deal). I was happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit too! Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!

Great stay!

We stayed Monday-Saturday and it was a great time! Plenty to see and do, and even when we stayed in for the night we had a blast! The property is very nice and cozy!

Quiet get away

Found our new vacation spot

The house was beautiful and very clean. I was a little skeptical about the “includes everything you need” but it really does have everything. I did not need to contact the host during our stay but all my questions before the trip were answered completely and very quickly. All we really had to do was show up and go to the beach (which was a beautiful green and clear the whole trip). We will definitely be back!!

50th Birthday Weekend

Great little place on the beach

The check in and communication was great. Few candy wrappers under the beds but overall it’s very clean. Lots of toys for the pool and beach. Bed in the master was very comfortable.

The townhouse was nice. The location to the beach is very convenient since we have 3 children.

Property was nice. Initially the townhouse did not appear to have been cleaned well but Debbie responded quickly and handled the situation. The remainder of the stay went well. The townhouse is convenient to the beach and all of the amenities. Being only a few miles from Destin and Pensacola is great as well. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the future.

Quick get away

The condo was perfect and we will contact the owner for our next trip to Navarre Beach. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay more enjoyable. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable. I do think that the cleaning crew could be a little more thorough. But, I would definitely stay there again!

So close to the beach

The location is fantastic - you can't beat being 50 yards from the beach! The house is ideal - plenty of space, clean and with everything we needed. The island is lovely - very quiet at this time of year but with enough to do in the area. It is the most relaxing place to spend a month. For us - running every day, reading, cycling and walking the beach - just perfect. Weather was good - if it was a bit cold then the back yard is a great sun trap. We want to return next year. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Great property!

The property was just as described. It was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook during your stay. The owner was great to work with, very responsive and even let us know there was a storm headed in. The beach was absolutely beautiful. So happy to have lifeguards as the rip tides were rolling in. The pool is a bit small for the size of the complex, but we picked our times to swim when it was less crowded. My grandkids had a wonderful time! Will visit again for sure.

Very nice townhouse and great host!

We had such a great time! The townhouse is perfect for families and Debbie is an amazing host! She responded quickly to any need we had. The beds are comfortable and nice. Only thing that I would change is to have a keurig or something similar for coffee. Also, if you have a beach wagon to use for the beach, don't bother bringing it. There's too many steps on the deck leading to the beach to use it.You'd have to have help carrying it up the steps if it's loaded up. We were there for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be back!!

We’ll DEFINITELY be back!!

This was our 5th time in Navarre & our first (but not last) stay @ Sugar Beach F30!! This was the first time we haven’t stayed in our usual place, but wanted to try somewhere different & we sure are glad we did!!The price was so reasonable for our family of four. The check in process was so easy & seamless. The 2BR 1.5BA condo was FANTASTIC!! The owners go to great efforts to make sure you have a good start to your visit with supplying starter paper products. The refrigerator is a full size standard freezer on the top & has plenty of room for all your groceries. (We ordered Walmart curbside & picked up so we didn’t waste precious beach time!) If you’re like us & love to cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cookie sheets. There were even spices some that we thought were our familys little secret (Cavenders Greek Seasoning), but I guess it’s not. LOL! If you’re a Keurig user, keep your Kcups at home or don’t buy them at Walmart…there’s a regular ol coffee maker w/filters provided. The dining table seats 6 w/more room at the bar. The living room was plenty comfy for our family of four. There’s no traditional cable or satellite it’s Roku TV which took some figuring out but we got it. The outside patio w/charcoal grill & table is so cute & quaint. Our 14yr old kids slept in the room w/double beds & said the beds were comfy. The upstairs full bath w/tub & shower & double vanity sinks were perfect for our family to shuffle in & out of w/no lack of hot water after we had all taken showers!! Yay!! The washer & dryer are also in the bathroom which worked amazing!! Coming home w/no dirty clothes!! The master bed was so comfy that I felt like I was home in my own bed. We slept well. The thermostat was a bit tricky because it’s set/scheduled for 73 degrees. We like a cooler 69 degrees. We were able to turn it down while we were in the condo in the evening but it would switch back to 73 after a bit. Not enough to call/text the owners with, but worth noting. The condo was immaculately clean as well. If you can’t tell, Sugar Beach was a hit with our family. We hope to stay again July 2023 since this July during our dates are booked. Great stay in Navarre!

If you’re staying in Navarre, this is the place! It’s so close to the beach, has all the needed beach supplies, and there’s a pool to cool off in that’s literally right across the parking lot. The unit is very quiet since it’s an end unit, and the blackout curtains are a much appreciated touch in the master bedroom! The fact that the unit is two stories, with the bedrooms upstairs, is so convenient— no need to worry about neighbors upstairs or downstairs! Would stay here again!

We had the best time at this darling condo. Debbie was super receptive to all of our questions and was a delightful host. We had everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation ever. We were delighted to be less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean, and steps from the pool. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and nice living room were a few of the amenities that make this place shine, however the back patio was wonderful for eating meals, relaxing, and having a place to put our soggy beach gear. Already looking to book our next vacation there!
