Location is great. Unit was ok, but no working TV in bedroom which was a big deal for us since the balcony was blocked off because of the HOA and the water was closed because of a storm.

Everything was really nice but took away one star because of the carpet. It's time for an upgrade. The home was clean and we had a wonderful time. We would love to come back once the carpet is changed. Beautiful home otherwise.

Lovely unit. Great view of the beach. The pool is super clean. Check-in was easy. The carpet leading into the bedroom was high traffic stains, but everything else was clean and bright. Well stocked. Bring your own spices. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the chairs and umbrella on the beach.

Overall we love staying at the Regency Condos. This particular unit is not as updated as the others. But it was clean and had a fantastic view of that gorgeous ocean. The two chairs and umbrella was a welcome treat.

Loved the quite beach, beach service, calm ocean. Condo was great clean well equipped only thing missing was extra set of sheets for sofa and blankets. Children who want to ride the waves would not like the beach, but we loved it. Watched the dolphins and relaxed.

Great condo, great location, great beach, great everything! This place is perfect for 4-5 people and a kid or two. Nice layout, plenty of room, especially on the huge balcony which is unusual in this area! Would give it 5 stars but the kitchen was a little under-equipped compared to other places we’ve stayed in the area (lack of pots and cutting boards, etc.). But we LOVED that we could leave all beach gear downstairs every night - major advantage!!! We will rent again!

Was a little hard communicating with company renting this property out. Not vrbo, but the other conglomerate rental "host" There were no wristbands left in condo for pool pass. Luckily they weren't checking for them. Was a lovely stay otherwise. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and has great furniture on the balcony, which was a super plus for us.

Could not ask for a better view! Facility was clean, but for that amount of $$$ one would expect working wifi (this was a working vacation), a coffee maker that makes more than one cup at a time, lights that work properly, sliding glass doors that do not require Hercules or Andre the Giant to be able to open (if they clean the tracks after each visitor leaves they would work great), recliners that function properly, and wrist bands to be able to access the pool as advertised. Not worth the $$$ You can find the same view from somewhere else for the same price, or less, with working amenities. Three stars - one for cleanliness, two for the view

The property was very clean and smelled nice. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and a good amount of supplies to start off with. The only complaint was the furniture was very stained. The furniture also reclined but was very hard to maneuver. The dining table seats were also very stained. As was the carpet in the bedrooms. I knew by looking at the pictures online that the decor was very dated along with some of the other amenities in the condo itself. I felt that I could deal with dated decor but I did feel uncomfortable with the stains on the furniture. The location was amazing, which helped with disappointment of the condo. I would stay at this location again, just not in the same condo.
