We’re excited to share our home with you. Built to be close to Texas A&M (we’re both Aggies!), this home sits on 12 wooded acres—private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Think of it as staying at your favorite aunt’s house for the weekend—cozy, welcoming, and stress-free. No checkout chores required, just enjoy your time here!

The perfect getaway house near College Station, TX

One of the things I loved about staying at this house was the effective communication with the owner! The house is so beautiful and offers a lot of amenities! They truly make you feel like you’re just one of their own family relative staying in their house. 10/10 would come back and stay at this home again!

Communication was excellent. The house was very clean, quiet, and also convenient to where we were hunting at Walton Ranch. Easy drive to CS or Navasota for anything. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location close enough to A&M to avoid the crowds. Quiet and very comfortable. Large kitchen and family dining area. The owner was very accommodating and thoughtful. Great get away for game day

Great location for our girls basketball team to rest and hang out in between games.

The host stocked the mini fridge and this was a big hit with our girls! The place was big enough for our team and we had lots of fun spending time here and cooking meals in between their games!

This house was perfect in every way. The host communicated with us from the beginning and was more than helpful. I know they worked VERY hard to make sure myself and employees had a wonderful staff retreat. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Great property. Close to Moore Ranch wedding venue. Host is amazing. Homemade chocolate dipped pretzels waiting. Also rented the cabin on her property too.

Great House

We had a great time at this house for our two family graduations. Our host left us some amazing cookies at check-in! Plenty of space for our grad party even with a rainy weekend forcing us indoors. We would definitely recommend this location to any of our friends!

Great country house with nice features

Great 3 bedroom home with all the necessities and some nice surprises to boot. Very simple checkin and great cookies were waiting for us. Lots of sleeping options for guests beyond the 3 main beds. Sonia was very attentive to our needs and is a great host.

We came and stayed at this property with two other families. It was very nice and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Great opportunity for our families to get together let and the kids just play which created many wonderful memories. Would certainly come again if given the chance.

We brought 11 boys to stare 7 on 7 tournament and this was the ABSOLUTE best place for them. They had so much fun doing all the fun activities available at the house. The owners were so great to work with and we would highly recommend this house to other big groups.

Amazing Aggie Getaway with Host that went above and beyond

Me and my college friends all stayed at Sonia’s place for an Aggie football reunion. We had an amazing stay! Sonia went above and beyond by providing personalized treats, refreshments, and decor! Would definitely recommend staying at Sonia’s place. It is about 20 minutes from College Station. The place is loaded with fun board games, outdoor games, and it’s a nice getaway from the city.

Peaceful Property

We had a wonderful weekend with family for an Aggie football game. This was a beautiful home and the hosts went above and beyond at providing a comfortable stay. We were treated to the most delicious, custom and beautiful cookies at arrival. The home was perfect for our group and we loved being able to enjoy the large yard. The hosts even provided supplies for S’mores! We would highly recommend this property!
