"Right on Agia Anna beach, a few minutes down from port(so not swimming where boats are). Very nicely located — easy walk to the north end of Plaka or lots of restaurants. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Beach chairs also super padded with full pillows. Breakfast was good, not great. Drinks were good but expensive. "This is a very nice hotel in Naxos, it is located within walking distance of key areas of Naxos town (restaurant, beaches, port) We loved the hotel rooms, they are clean, well maintained and our room had a lot of space. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really incredible, it provides a lot of local food, specially the Greek yogurt. And finally the staff, they are very helpful and friendly, they always provided a solution for our requests with a smile."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grotta. From the start, they arranged for free transport to and from the Ferry Port. This was extremely convenient and cost effective for us. We enjoyed the friendly driver who handled our tranport. When I had a problem with a change in time on our ferry ticket, he quickly transported me to the Ferry ticket office to resolve so I could get to my ferry on time. The breakfast was spectacular. "The staff of this hotel are amazing! Great ideas on things to do and ways to get there. They treat you like family and make everything special! Balcony with the water view was gorgeous. This hotel is in a quiet part of the island. However, it is also very close to two incredible beaches that you have to walk into. I would recommend a car if you are staying at this hotel as it is far from other things. The breakfast is delightful and the staff really care about you and the other guest."
