"Wonderful stay at the Alkyoni beach hotel. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Pool was great, never too busy (late May/early June). Good selection for breakfast. Quiet area of Naxos with a lovely walk into town along the boardwalk and beach - just perfect. Friendly staff, especially Zoe who was very helpful booking a hire car for us and recommending a route of places to visit round the island. "

"Excellent location and the host, Nektario, is THE absolute best. He was welcoming, hospitable and helpful. There’s a great coffee shop right at the corner for delicious coffee and snacks. The location was within walking distance to the port and all the great restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future. 10/10"

"Service was great. Pool beautiful clean only a couple walk 2 minutes from beach. Beach is good, you do get 1/2 off the umbrella and chairs. Prices are good on beach and stores compare to other islands. They should definitely take care of the bad smell in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately that is the only negative part is the smell.. strong bad smell at the reception. "

"5 stars! Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location just outside Naxos town (a 15-minute walk to the harbor-front). The building itself is quite unique/architecturally interesting and extremely well-kept. The pool as well as the surrounding area is very attractive/inviting, and there are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs available. There is also ample parking on the hotel grounds. We can’t say enough good things about the staff; everyone - from the owner to the front desk to room-cleaning staff - was extraordinarily friendly, accommodating and helpful. Price-value was exceptional for our stay during the 3rd week of May. The Astir of Naxos gets our highest recommendation!"
