"First off, we had a very hard time sleeping at night because of an incident that happened on our first night. A house keeping lady just walked in on me and my partner completely naked. She didn’t knock or announce herself at all. When I spoke to the front desk they told me to hold for a supervisor, after 6 minutes of holding the same person came back on the phone and said no one was around to answer. She took my information down and told be they would reach out. To which they never did. I waited for the 3 days I was staying there and never was reached out to. This is a horribly managed place. I will not be returning, and will make sure to tell my family and friends that this hotel has no privacy policy or sympathy when they make a very serious and abrasive error.
Secondly, Half the water park was closed and that wasn’t discussed on the website. No basic pool or nothing. Changing $20 dollars for a “pina colada” should be a damn shame. Especially when it’s just coconut water and ice in a blender.
Thirdly, the website was super confusing, no consistency in any of the restaurants hours, or events. We had no clue the 5,000 foot zip line was closed until we got there and was told by a bartender in trails end. As well as the sun tubing that wasn’t open but was in the website. There was nothing much to do at the resort, so we had to travel outside for any activities. But we booked specifically this hotel, so we could have something to do without leaving it."
