"We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. "I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid friendly so you pay all that money to have a lounge, if you drink you have access to alcohol and regular beverages but for the up charge of the club it wasn't worth it like it was 2 years ago when they had a lot better options. They do offer other restaurants but they are very pricey. Just for one order of chicken strips and fries at 9-10pm was $50 and that was the only option for food at that time of night and $35 of it was to deliver it. Plan on having lots of tipping money because the only way to get good service is to tip the employees for everything and like I said they make the trip worth it. The friendliest people are prince at bell desk, Bertha, Ruth, Catherine and Susie at the club. They are the best."
