"The hotel was reasonable for Luwero, Reception appeared tired and not too friendly. Restaurant staff was more friendly and food was good although some items was consistently not available. Room was ok but noisy from outside. No card machine for payment made checkout frustrating. "

"Secure gated property. all facilities are as listed on the website and reasonably clean. My best area was a well resourced kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Noise free at most times of the day except the noise from the building works next door. I will stay again"

"The room was spacious as expected however, there was a sewage smell in the bath, very poor lighting in the room making it difficult to make up, each day the room service forgets to provide soap, tissues, towels and water and argue with you about it. On one occasion it took almost 1 hour 30 minutes and I was at the verge of having a medical emergency as I had to take my medication but there was not water provided as usual. The room service was arguing with me about it. Absolutely insane. The breakfast service was less than average. There's a need for a lot of improvement."
