Pool was not in service. Wonderful wildlife experience. On site right in front our room, we have seen; monkeys, zebras, wildebeest, hyppo, birds! Rooms are quite bigs. Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them

There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.
