"The hotel was not what I would expect from a boutique hotel. Our room was in need of a deep cleaning. I asked several times to have the room vacuumed but it never was. There were numerous stains on the carpet. Towels were not replaced at all during our three night stay. There was no one in the lobby numerous times during our stay. "If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, out of the way vacation stay with a gorgeous water view, this is the place for you. However, in the off season there is little to do in this small town and we found that few restaurants were open and those that were had very mediocre food with limited choices.
