"The location was amazing directly across small street from beach and just over a block to Main Street. Nice comfortable new beds and pillows. Very clean and very friendly staff. Even offered a cup of draft root beer on arrival - nice touch! Fire pits on the lawn offer great ambience."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Manzanita home! Our group of 11 included three generations, with teenagers, and preschoolers who still needed naps. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect for our family. One of our favorite features was that the home’s design provided beautiful ocean views from every room. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or relaxing by the fireplace in the evening, we always felt connected to the beach and the scenery. Even the bedrooms have ocean views!The home was also ideal for entertaining. We hosted a large family dinner with five other families who were vacationing in the area, and there was more than enough room for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flowed together beautifully, making it easy to cook, visit, and enjoy the evening together.We also appreciated the large two-car garage and the ample parking, which made coming and going with a large group incredibly convenient.The only minor downside was that we found the beds a bit less comfortable than we had hoped. Mattress comfort is very personal, so others may have a different experience, but it was the only aspect of an otherwise wonderful stay.If you’re visiting the area, we highly recommend stopping by the Neahkahnie Smoke House. It was one of the highlights of our trip! Our group loved the town of Manzanita with the little grocery store, shops and restaurants. We made so many special memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone—especially large or multi-generational families looking for a spacious, well-designed home with spectacular ocean views."

"Our family had a nice week at Sea Grove. Enjoyable property for a large family or group stay, however like many popular rentals the place is showing some wear.Little things given the upper-end price: Kitchen range was hard to use given all markings were worn off, no clue whether burners were Hi/Low which made cooking certain foods tough. Ice Maker was inoperative, we needed to buy ice all week. Hosts sent appliance repair Tech mid-week, but was unable to fix issue. A few of the mattresses (including Master) are nearing end-of-life."

The house was very clean and the furniture was in good condition, especially for a rental. The large windows allowed us to enjoy the view even when inside and preparing meals. We enjoyed the deck so much and the clear panels were so nice. They sheltered the wind and did not obstruct the view. We absolutely loved our stay!"
