Les Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande are delighted to welcome you! This house in Néant-sur-Yvel offers 5 rooms and 150 m² of space, perfect for a large family. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (including a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee maker) open to the lounge with a wood-burning stove, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to three comfortable bedrooms. The gîte is set in the heart of nature, close to the famous Brocéliande forest.
The ground floor features a kitchen, a lounge with TV, and pleasant bedrooms. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a vanity unit. The property is surrounded by a garden, and a garage is available for secure parking of motorbikes or bicycles. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).
You can bring your own bed linen or choose a linen rental service, available for an extra fee. The property should be left in the same condition as on arrival.
