10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is across a road from the beach but little road noise was heard. The view is lovely from most rooms here. The hotel has been updated recently but still has that olde worlde feel. It has character. The staff are very friendky and accomodating. I would definitely stay again."

"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to Ironman event. I checked that breakfast would be available early on the day of the event. I was repeated told breakfast would be starting at 4:30 for the event. So was a little disappointed on the Saturday evening when I was told that it was actually a grab and go breakfast. Not breakfast starting early. Other than that everything was brilliant"

"Lovely hotel is a beautiful and peaceful setting above the South Wales valleys. Rooms are spacious and wonderful outside spaces and views. Food and drinks were good although we only had drinks and breakfast here. Would visit again and some of the events spaces looked excellent for conferences and celebrations."

"I fled from a domestic altercation. The staff ensured my safety and identity was protected and went over and above to ensure my needs were met. I can’t thank them enough for the professional compassion, humanity and kindness I was afforded. My room was a beautiful safe sanctuary , the hotel was a place to heal and recover in the spa pool and to relax on the balcony soaking up the sun fresh air and wonderful vista."
