"we were surprised by the initial cleanliness of the property. once inside our room it did not smell right so my husband took the filter out of the air conditioner and it was totally black and covered with waste. he cleaned it and took it to the desk help to show and they did not care. otherwise it was nice except that there are no amenities (i.e pool, gym), we would stay there again in a pinch, but otherwise not."

"The staff member at check-in was very friendly. The room smelled extremely musty and did not feel very clean at all! We chose this hotel based on the 9 star rating but it was no where close! Had it not been so late at arrival, we would have definitely gone elsewhere! The breakfast was mediocre at best. Basic scrambled eggs, microwaved canadian bacon, biscuits, and dried out crusty gravy. There was some bread and bagel options and they did have a waffle iron. Do not choose this hotel based on...

"The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was efficient and bed comfortable. I liked that there was liquid hand soap and other toiletries. The view from the room off trees and the mountains was gorgeous."
