"drove 1000 KMs to get to this location, arrived at midnight, hotel was closed with no staff on site, called Hotels.Com they could not get in contact with the hotel and informed me that it closes at 22:00, did not mention this on the app when i booked, slept in my car, hotel opened at 08:00, had a shower and the mediocre breakfast then had another 1000 KMs to drive.
