Good service

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

Great Hotel, The only thing I didn’t like was the 90 euros I was charge for the city taxes, the hotel must let the guest know about that ahead of time.

Loved the stay the hotel was clean and everything was great. The staff was very helpful! The location is good and the train station is 2 min walk. There are convince stores and coffee shops located close to the hotel

The room was comfortable, service and amenities were fantastic, and the immediate access to public transport made getting anywhere in the city very convenient.

Try the skybar rooftop. A nice place to spend your night at.

The room is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to check in early as I was a weary traveler. You get excellent breakfast and dinner options right there. In the hotel. Check in was easy, especially with the phone system. And not having to deal with door keys. Thought room was clean and quiet. I had a good rest and was recharged for my journey highly recommended.

taking a cab from Centraal station, the cab driver could not find the hotel, when it was really in front of his nose. Once I got there, the experience was great. I was concerned about the distance from the center of the city, but there's a tram that stops right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the center of things. This was a very lovely hotel within an easy walk of the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was up to date and clean.

Felt very safe as a solo traveler. The room was small but laid out nice that it didn’t feel too bad. The staff was great as well as location to the metro. Will definitely stay here again in the future

We would like to appreciate the excellent service we received at front desk since our flight from Ireland was early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk expeditiously attempted to have the rooms ready as soon as possible, and they did! The rooms were clean and huge. And the buffet selections were impressive. The free shuttle service to the airport was a plus. We will surely use this hotel once we come back to Amsterdam again!

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

This was my first time in Amsterdam. Used the hotel for 3 nights before leaving on a 21 day cruise. The rooms are wonderful. Bathroom and shower all modern. Food options good for staying at the hotel. The daily use for the shuttle to and from the airport worked terrific. We used it for getting to the airport with all the trains going anywhere. Everything was great, but at checkout time, I was accused of drinking the four sodas that were in the refrigerator! Never used anything provided by the hotel in the mini-bar. I don't think that they believed me. I don't like being accused of something I didn't do.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Conveniently located close to a tram stop. Only negative thing is they don’t have a ramp for luggages and stroller. You have to carry your luggage a few flight of stairs going into the lobby

The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to restaurants, museums. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
