"The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming. A warmer attitude and better customer service would make the overall experience much more enjoyable."

"The location was convenient, but there were a few things that could be improved. We stayed during a heatwave, and unfortunately there was no air conditioning, which made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult to shower and get in and out comfortably. The bathroom door also didn’t close completely, which was awkward since I was sharing the room with a friend and it offered very little privacy. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues had a...

"The hotel was nice, clean. Staff were kind and did their best to accommodate on tough conditions. The tough conditions described are 100+ degree temperatures in Paris. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work for four of the five nights which caused extreme discomfort. The staff provided us with two fans to improve the sleeping arrangements but unfortunately it was not enough. They have offered one night off to accommodate for the inconvenience but I don’t feel that is enough....
