A perfect getaway for all seasons. Hiking out your door with plentiful National forest trails; located 12 minutes to Ned, 25 minutes to Boulder and 20 minutes to Eldora. You'll enjoy this lovely space with a private entrance, kitchenette (microwave, toaster, fridge, sink, coffee pot) and spacious living area with cozy Lovesac and smart TV. Enjoy a shared deck with divide views for morning coffee or apres ski. Host will offer plenty of privacy while you're enjoying this lovely outdoor space.
