"Clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff. The one critique is of the executive lounge. Paid extra for rooms with lounge access. Arrived to the hotel just after midnight, hoped to get some beverages and maybe light snacks from the lounge. There was barely anything left in the fridges. Returned the next morning for coffee, breakfast, which is advertised as being available in the lounge. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste. "

"We just had a really great stay at the Fortune on Airport Road in Kochi! Honestly, the place feels brand new – everything is modern, super clean, and just looks nice. It even smells good as soon as you walk in, which is a great first impression. Our room was spotless. We really liked that they had all the little things we needed already in the room (like toiletries, tea/coffee), so we didn't have to call and ask. The staff we met were all very polite and helpful. We tried the food and liked it. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options, and we had lunch there one day that was tasty too. One small thing to know: the hotel is on a main road, so the traffic outside can get busy. But honestly, that's just how Kochi is in general. It didn't really bother us or ruin our stay at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again! Good stuff: Feels new & clean, great room amenities, good food, friendly staff. Heads up: On a busy road (but that's normal for the area)."

The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. "

The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine.
