Pool & hot tub were extremely clean & the temps were comfortable. Sunday buffet was a little lacking for the price. We’ve had the same or better breakfasts at motels where it’s part of the room cost. Motel is walking distance from downtown & plenty of eating options.

We absolutely love the location of this hotel. Nice place and peaceful. 1 block from downtown Neenah and just a couple of blocks in the other direction, old mansions, a beautiful walk and park along Lake Winnebago! Great peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Quiet, nice rooms, great staff! Our favorite little get away!

Location is great, friendly staff. Unfortunately the property is no clean. The hotel is a little old but the worse part is the lack of good deep cleaning. From the elevator to the room lots of dust, splatters, the tv screen, everything was so dirty. I told the lady at the reception, I hope they do something about it.

We stayed here for a high school reunion. The room was nice, but the bathroom was in real need of remodeling. The vent in the bathroom was on 24/7 and rattled. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time with how thick the dirt was in the vent. Saturday, we were in the mood for breakfast in bed. It showed that was available, but when we called, Room Service informed us it wasn’t available because they were having a buffet and we would need to come down and get our own meal. No thanks. Didn’t need that much food. It was a convenient location for downtown, which was nice.

The staff (Jaylin) was wonderful and very pleasant when we arrived. They acknowledged us each time we passed and ensured we had everything we needed. The next day morning staff was not as outgoing. The room was a great size, however, the carpet definitely needs to be updated and there was wall paper coming off the wall. If there are updates to the room, we would definitely stay again as the pool space was Amazing!! Having the hot tub right next to the pool is a win for me.
