"This was my first stay here at this location. It was a very short drive to town, but its not a problem. Once the riad construction is done it will be a nice trek into town if you so wish. The rooms were clean and very nice size. The beds comfy and it was very quet even with a full lodge. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location on the lake is gorgeous and is perfect for boating on the lake and standup paddle boarding. We especially loved access to the private dock and the boat and jet ski lifts. The host is kind and responsive. I highly recommend this property and plan to return for future trips to Chelan."

"The property is very clean and well-appointed. Lots of space for the max # of adults. Plenty of beach towels, cookware, and linens were available. The location is great, not far from town, with excellent water access.The only hiccup we had was accessing the garage. The front door lock is opened by code, so there is no house key. The instructions reference using a key to open the garage. That key is in a lockbox by the garage door, which uses a different code than the front door. I recommend including that code with check-in instructions. For renters, if the garage lockbox code isn't in the check-in instructions, message support for it right away, because it took about 6 hours for the support team to track it down.Otherwise, a perfect stay for our group!"

"The house was beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately, the lock in the front door was broken. The only way to access the house was through the back door. The person who walked around the house to the back door opened the front door for my 88year old mother. To lock the door, my mom and I walked out the front door. One person stayed behind and locked the door from the inside and then exited the back door. I reported this to the management company repeatedly. They twice told me someone was on their way to fix it. No one ever arrived. Then they told me someone fixed it while I was out. It was still not working. My poor mom did not feel safe. I felt bad for the people arriving after us having to deal with the same problem."
