"The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful; making it feel like it was truly our home for the time being. We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space. "

"Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort."

"Not the best , they refused to provide an empty glass in the restaurant as i had my own bottle of waters , forcing customer to buy water in the hotel.. dirt and dust everywhere.. definitely won't be back. "
