"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't contact anyone. No one answered the phone and I waited a long time before the call was returned. When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."
