"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting."

"Great location. Affordable. Friendly and helpful owner. However, the bathrooms seemed to be connected by vent, so easy to hear into neighbors room, and vice versa- not a recommended place to honeymoon ;)"

"Water piping issues. Water flow very inconsistent. Bed rock hard. Carpet was not too my guest delight. No toiletries besides shampoo/ body wash. Great location to enjoy Jonkers street."
