He took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities and provided helpful guidance on local events, sightseeing, and places to visit around Arad. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed in such a warm and professional manner. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression and greatly enhanced our stay. "Amazing and helpful staff. Pool and gym are state of the art. All foods being kosher are a big plus, breakfast buffet is amazing and fresh as well as the drinks pool side. You are Litterally in nature overlooking one the most amazing creations god has made"
