The design house is in a famous area (St. Sebastian Church, Temple road). The area is safe and quiet. Tuk Tuks arewaiting in a 3 minutes walk and it is just a 10 minutes with the Tuk Tuk to the Beach and the Lewis road. Supermarkets are around, also Restaurant (Avenra Garden) or a chicken barbecue place as well as traditional Sri Laknen rice & curry places. The roof terrase is astonishing. There is a private pool (it will be charged extrs) or the pool at the Avenra in a 5 minutes walk (1.000 Rps. per day with a nice restaurant and beautiful garden).
