Relaxing place

For us this was a rest day before catching our plane at 3am. Everything was good, friendly staff, spacious room with AC, swimming pool and food (excellent prawn curry). Only downside, if you want the attractions of central Negombo it is 8-10km away.

כנראה שברצועה המפרידה בין האוקיינוס ללגונה התשתיות קצת "חלשות" ריח של ביוב אפף את הסביבה הקרובה המקום עצמו נחמד החדרים גדולים הבריכה מפנקת לא אהבתי את ההתחשבנות עם ניקו הרגיש שהוא לא מתנהל ביושר וממציא לעצמו כל מיני חוקים משלו.

Very remote location. Might be good for a couple or for a romantic get away but not for someone traveling alone and arriving late at night

Quite & nice

its nearby lagoon & village where local fisherman stay. Huge & clean room. Food was good & staff very friendly/helpful. Good start for first day or night when arrived in Negombo. They have airpot transfer & Negombo tour.

Great stay, great rates.

Nico and his staff are hospitable and service oriented. Property still in the works but nice enough and the hotel itself is good. Slightly spartan, but final touches still being worked on. Good food and price is definitely right.

Idyllisches Hotel an der Lagune

Nico ist ein sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel hat sehr geräumige Zimmer und abseits der harten Matratze kann man nicht über fehlenden Komfort klagen. Die Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Nächten und kann auch für Europäer angenehm hochgeregelt werden. Das Frühstück ist super lecker (besonders die Fruchtplatte) und abends konnten wir ebenfalls äußerst lecker Essen (Chilli-Chicken). Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Nico und bis zum nächsten Mal!
