Anyone who is looking for a great resort with impeccable service should stay here. We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in mid-January 2017 and couldn't have been more pleased. Rooms are fantastic as they all have balconies and are ocean view. We have been all over the Caribbean and I would rate the Cliff as one of the top resorts I have been too. We were the first guest ever to arrive at the resort on the adult side and they treated us like celebrities. I really enjoyed the food the food was bomb and yes I am black. This was a great choice for me. I felt very safe, everybody asked how I was each day. The staff and vendors were friendly but not overbearing. The room was spotless!!! Beds comfy, great TV with American channels. The onsite restaurant was good with a limited menu but everything I had was very good.

To hotel staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was great! The hotel restaurant food is really good! I tried many places in the area for food but the best food I ate while in Jamaica came from the hotel restaurant.

In the heat of the Ja summer, the area on my porch adjacent to the pool was cool and breezy. No a.c. In the room but didn't need it! What a bargain! Fridge in the room meant I could keep breakfast, leftovers, and beer at little cost. Restaurant/bar across the street is colorful and laid back, with good food and an awesome view. Several other restaurants and bakeries are within 100 yds. As well as a very convenient convenience store.

This was our first time in Jamaica. Friends told us about the Negril Treehouse and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean, with great tv's (not that you need one but Ohio State championship was that week and we got to watch in room or in the lobby on a big screen). The restaurant and beach bar were very good (just don't expect service like in states, they are on Jamaican time, slow or slower) but staff and bartenders were all very pleasant. We booked next year on the third day in.

Our second visit to Idle Awhile, and our first time in a Garden View unit. There are only 8 of these, four per floor. The beachfront building contains 4 identical suites, 2 per floor. Unit 102 (our garden) was a ground floor unit and provided some amount of privacy as we used the lanai extensively. 103 and the 4 upstairs units also offer privacy on the lanais. We were surprised that the garden units were not equipped with a coffeemaker. At $7/half pot, we purchased a used coffeemaker in town...

I have been to Rondell Village several times, each visit here has been good for me, the staff is very courteous and polite. The rooms are spacious, and this time I had a nice big patio which was great in morning to have my coffee. The property grounds are safe with security around the clock. Security is always alert when coming and going especially when crossing to other side and graciously ask how is everything. Thanks for another great stay. Stayed July 2016

I should get a credit back for the SHACK I was put in? Unbelievably bad. Worst accommodations anyone could ever have?….. And the rumor is the place has been sold so all the employees are uncertain of their future employment. I felt really bad for them they are such excellent workers and deserve to move forward with what it will be on the future. I pray for them🙏

We loved our stay at Beach House Condos and were sad to leave. We booked the Lower Jungle Room and both bedrooms were larger than pictured. The kitchen and living room area was also larger than I expected. The beach was just a few short steps away. The staff was extremely helpful with getting transportation, food recommendations, etc. There is an on-site masseuse which I sincerely regret not trying out. Perfect stay, but with the mixture of heat and air conditioning it causes the floor to get slippery which caused me to fall down a flight of stair. Other than that it’s a great experience.

I had stayed here @Bak A Yaad once before recently beginning my Jamaican adventure for several days and loved everything about it!
