It was a very nice boutique hotel. Love the includes continental breakfast which included table side french press coffee, fruit, juice and bread. Beach was excellent and the beach bar was great. All the stff were friendly and helpful.

Everyone there was so kind especially the infamous Pops! The beach was beautiful and we had a great time walking up and down the stretch. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day.

Chic boutique hotel with large rooms in the centre of 7 mile beach. Most things are a walk away. Property is well maintained Included breakfast could be more generous and more could be made of the on site restaurant which has a unique ambience

DIVINE

We chose Sandy Haven Resort as our homebase for my birthday celebration. The property is lovely and so was the staff. They even decorated my room while I was out for the day and gifted me a bottle of champagne. The beach is divine - one of the best beaches on the island. Highly recommend.

I liked the quietness of the property. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite. It is close to dining options within walking distance either from the beach or along Norman Manley Blvd. The only issue was the water availability, at times it took a while for the hot water to work especially later in the day and late one night there was no water at all. Otherwise everything else was very good and I would return to visit another time. Overall I recommend this property.

Stay was good but unfortunately cardio equipment in gym was not working, WiFi was very spotty and no hot water on the 1st and only night. But otherwise amenities were good, clean facility and professional staff

Sandy Haven is a nice place to stay on Seven Mile Beach it is conveniently located to many restaurants and other attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a mini fridge which was nice to have. The breakfast which is included is very simple fruit, toast, juice and a muffin. It was very tasty. I would recommend staying at Sandy Haven!

We arrived on New Year’s Eve. The resort had nothing going and the bar closed at 9 . No one mentioned that the restaurant on site was closed bongos. We had no TV for 3 days even though we told them on day one we got the run around. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and every morning at 5:30-6 it was loud due to staff. The only thing we did love was the beach . I don’t recommend this resort to anyone.

This was my 2nd stay at Sandy Haven Resort. I was treated like a queen once again. The staff cared for me like family, Breakfast omelets and banana pancakes are outstanding and the lovely waitstaff even more so. As usual, Rohan, Pops, front desk, security, bartender and housekeepers were awesome. Chris is the best chauffer in all of Jamaica. Thank you all for the wonderfully peaceful stay.

The staff were courteous, friendly, respectful, and helpful. I felt safe on the beach and on the property. Update outdoor furnitures: umbrellas and 4 gazebo like lounge area. The pool and hot tub should be cleaned and opened year round for all guests. They were closed during my stay. Suggestion: Add a microwave to the room. My interaction with your staff and the beach were the highlights of my stay.

The ocean front room we had was very clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday. The balcony was very large with a table and chairs from which we watched the sunset each evening. It was easy to access all of seven mile beach and we took advantage of walking it each day and trying different places to eat and enjoy a drink.

Perfect Location

A group of us went to Negril to celebrate my birthday. There were 7 who stayed at Sandy Haven. The property is lovely. Most of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, advising on where to go (and not to go) and going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. On my birthday, the owner gifted us a bottle of champagne and arranged for birthday balloons and decorations in my room. The hotel is located directly on one of the best beaches on the island, so a short walk from our room and we were right there. Perfect. The hotel provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. There is a bar on the beach where you can order light bites. We really enjoyed our stay and should we find ourselves in Negril again, we will be going back!
