Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need, and service that sets the bar — from check-in to checkout, the staff were there every step, attentive without being intrusive. You barely touch a door; they anticipate what you need before you ask. The highlight was the rooftop open-air dining. Great food, and a view over Bacolod that turns a meal into a memory.
