The bedrooms were a bit warm, but with the air on we could use the fan to direct air and it was quite pleasant. "We had such a great weekend! The home was very clean and well maintained and the back porch was awesome! We loved the hot tub, tiki bar, and the view of the canal for morning coffee. The kids loved the pool table! Kitchen was well stocked with serving and cookware. TV’s in all the rooms was an added convenience as well. Close to grocery store and downtown shops, restaurants, and brewery. We will definitely be back!"

"This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home was perfect for us. It was a 3 block walk to our kids home. Everything was clean and well maintained.The master bathroom was huge with double sinks and the king bed was comfortable. Lots of dining space and room to relax in the living room or on the lanai. We have already re-booked for out next trip to Lake Placid later this year."

"Large room with kitchen and separate living area from the bedroom that also had a desk to work at. Perfect for our needs. Wi-Fi was great did go down last night but sure that was a fluke. Will come again! "

"Any negativity came from our end. My gf ended up in a wreck about a week before our visit. She was with a broken ankle and in a boot. I'm a diabetic and had some blisters on my feet that ended up becoming sores. So any boating or water activities was out for us. However, we made the best of the situation and enjoyed our stay at this place. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Quaint usually has negative connotations, but I think it describes the place perfectly. It's old Florida charm....
