"This is an older property and run down but in decent condition. Room was clean and quiet. Everything worked except shower head was broken. This hotel allows smoking so smoke smell everywhere. But just turn on vent in room and smoke smell pretty much gone. "

"We stayed just one night. Price was great. Rooms were a little outdated, but very clean. Very friendly staff. No free breakfast so that would of been nice, but we were just staying there for the night just passing through and it was perfect for that."

"Super clean, extremely spacious, very friendly! My only complaint is that the listing said it included breakfast and it did not. And there is no elevator so we had to lug all our stuff up stairs."

"I checked in and look at room it was dirty sheets were stained light bulbs were missing the refrigerator was warm the out side window pane was broke and I tried to get my money back, they said no refunds. I paid for a room for 1 week and didn’t stay it was to dirty and in safe. Room 216"

"NOT an Expedia affiliated property! Arrived and they had no reservation for me. However, they had a room and it was very nice. Only complaint is tub was small (couldn't sit with legs straight) and water wasn't hot enough for a bath. But the stopper worked! That was huge! Doesn't look like much from the outside, but housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. Valentino's Buffet across the street didn't hurt either."

"I had stayed in this hotel on a previous occassion, and was surprised that all the carpet had been replaced with a laminate. It was not a bad thing, but a surprise. Room was comfortable, and despite being located next to a very busy highway, was quiet. Access to the hotel was via a frontage road, and had I not known where I was going, it would have been difficult to find. All in all a good experience."

"Six siblings from around the country finally all getting together in Ashland, NE. Instead of all finding hotel rooms, we found this beautiful home just a few miles away. It was a beautiful setting and home that worked perfectly so we could all stay together. We could not have been happier and the hosts could not have had better accommodations. We all agreed that we would loved to make this an annual event!"

"The pool was better than I expected. It was great to have a nice large area that’s about 3.5 feet deep but also the deeper end with a diving board. We had wonderful weather and the pool plus backyard views and sunset were amazing! The house overall is very comfortable and accommodates lots for sleeping. There really are only 3 primary bedrooms, but 6 queen or king size beds. Plus all the additional mattresses for single bed/cots. The living rooms both up chairs and in the basement are great...
