"very nice space, everything is there that you need for your stay. The apartment is bright and spacey and truly in the middle of nature. The little creek is right there and accompanies you as you walk on the path through the woods and green hills. Muerlenbach is a nice place, -has a castle too. The hosts are perfect"

"Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass es kein Poblem ist dort auch mal einen verregneten Tag zu verbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Ideal als Stützpunkt für einen kleinen Wanderurlaub, da Winkel praktisch im Zentrum der Vulkaneifel liegt und alle Highligts, wie die Maare, die Manderscheider Burgen oder Gerolstein mit seinen "Dolomiten" nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen sind. "The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the town. Easily walkable to the castle. It has its own free parking in a lot a short walk away. (Initially we didn’t know this and found parking tricky on a busy Sunday afternoon). Our room was really spacious, with quality furnishings and a big bathroom. It was a little old fashioned, but in a charming way. Dinner on the terrace was a highlight. The food, service and atmosphere were great. It’s clearly a popular spot. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend"
