"A unique setting that makes a stay on the road quite enjoyable. I enjoy the spacious, open setting and feel comfortable each time I stay. If you plan to stay in more and use the kitchen, you need to pickup a few basic items such as paper towels, trash bags, napkins as only a few pieces of silverware and dishes are provided."

"Great stay. Even better staff"

We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. "Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!"

"At check in the team member encouraged me to use the university discount when reserving for my next stay. She also attached my reservation to my points loyalty program. East location"

Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Good, safe clean and useful location. Parking is a little tight, but available."

"Pleasant, helpful staff; good restaurant; clean; comfortable beds; nice location."

"Staff friendly helpful Breakfast plenty Guest rooms renovated Would return if ever in area again"

"This is an apartment hotel which is great for a family traveling together because everyone can stay in the same unit. The place is large enough for 4 related people, with extra room for watching TV, doing work, etc. The place had clearly been remodeled recently. The lobby and breakfast area looked especially new. We found the location very convenient for attending an event at RIT, and the hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants, markets, and other services. Of course, this is a...
