Mi observación es específicamente sobre la transparencia del hotel al presentar sus tarifas. Al valor anunciado se adiciona posteriormente el IVA del 19%, algo que considero debería quedar claramente informado desde el comienzo. Además, durante este mismo viaje, varios compañeros de nuestro grupo reservaron directamente con el hotel y obtuvieron mejores condiciones. Creo que el hotel debería ser más claro al presentar sus tarifas y cargos desde el inicio, para que el huésped pueda tomar una decisión con toda la información disponible."
