1. INTECnoclegi

INTECnoclegi
3.0 star property
Gniezno
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (2 reviews)
"We stayed here for 6 nights. The room was clean, the only thing I would say is you only get one pillow. We didn’t get clean towels every day either which wasn’t ideal and the towels are rather small. I did also have to ask for more clothes hangers as we were only given 3, but the hangers arrived within 2 hours of me asking. Everything else was great though, nice balcony and also the shower is great. I’d stay here again. Beware though, it’s about a 20-25 min walk into the centre of Gniezno."

"After arriving at the property, I was completely unable to contact the accommodation. The provided telephone number could not be reached and there was no effective way to contact the property or obtain access to the accommodation. The property also appears highly suspicious: its Google Maps presence has only a single review, and I was unable to establish any contact whatsoever despite having a valid paid reservation. No sign of air con. To make matters worst the property refused to move me to apartment with air con or refund the money. To add insult to injury Images on ebookers do not represent the place at all. "I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office.
