"The hotel was extremely clean and very inviting. The room was very spacious and very clean, the outlet didn't work in the bathroom so unfortunately couldn't use the hairdryer but that was minor. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Didn't use the pool area but it looked nice. The bar area was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully the road construction on the main road isn't going on too much longer, made accessibility a slight issue"

"Cons: Absolutely None Pros: Beautifully maintained property with everything we needed and more. The home is nicely furnished with comfy beds and ample linens/towels/pillows. Kitchen is well stocked, and the small lake is perfect for playing in the sand, kayaking, and swimming. Lots of sand toys, life jackets, etc. so we ended up just leaving the toys we brought in the car. Property faces East so it was a relaxing start to the day just sitting on the upper patio, sipping coffee and watching the sun rise. Our grandkids said they're the luckiest kids in the world!"

"I stay at the Hotel Mead annually while visiting family. Recently, the Hotel Mead changed ownership. Since the change, on my most recent stay, I noticed the facility is cleaner and on numerous occasions I saw the staff making improvements. The staff is friendly and respectful. There is also now a continental breakfast included in the room price."

"Great location in downtown Stevens Point a short walk away from the square. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The always-available coffee/tea station was a nice touch. We will return when we are in town."
