Monaco Waterside Magic - Holiday Home with Magnificent Water Views

  • Monaco Waterside Magic is a charming, beautifully renovated home with lots of windows to let light in. This three-bedroom home is ideal for a sophisticated beach side getaway.

    Dual access from beach side & inland side. Perfect for boating, kayaking, cycling, walking & bird warthing.

    Monaco Waterside Magic is ideal for up to 6 guests. Families & traveling friends alike will relish this magical position & wonderful home beside the water.

    This is waterside life at its best!

    **Special conditions & notes**:

    - Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

    - Please note that the Bedroom 3 and ensuite are detached from the main house.

    **Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

    - A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

    - Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

    - Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

    - Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

    - A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Seaside magic indeed

Initial minor problems promptly responded to. A very nice walk to supermarket and coastal walks delightful. Well equipped house, very modern conveniences, beautiful sunsets, so close to tides coming in and out. Enjoyed mudflats too.kitchen and lounge windows need cleaning and oven needs good proper clean. Very comfortable beds, easy booking.

Great location, quiet, scenic

20 mins walk from airport, so great if biking. Perfect for our needs. Improvements: put something softer on top of the e-blankets on single beds so the wires can't be felt. Mention the long, narrow drive access - we had to leave a motorhome parked nearby which was a problem for one of the neighbours who thought someone may be camping. Problem could be solved by trimming overhanging tree at start of drive. Clean drains from shower - we had to clean out hair in shower in the house. Dust the skirting boards - it will lift the overall cleanliness of the house. We enjoyed out stay, thank you.

Fabulous house on the waterfront. The property was extremely clean and tidy. The house was lovely and quiet and close to all Nelson amenities. Will certainly recommend to others.
