"The setting and furnishings were appealing and morning coffee was refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. The Presidential Suite is large but the TV and ceiling fan did not work. Could get only cold water in the shower stall. Hot water was available in the tub shower. The pool was empty and needing work. There was no room service. Pricey for the obvious issues and lack of service."

"We arrived late yet still got treated super nice, the place was amazing, yes of course the train passes but oh well they have ear covers for it but i personally didnt mind. the view is just right down to the lake, i was on second floor and i really recommend it. Definitely going to stop there again if we are travelling. "
