I knew it was a dive going in ... was just looking for a cheap room for one night .. the place was clean but it just needs to be updated ...the bed was hard and lumpy maybe the worst I have ever slept on ...will probably spend the extra money for a nicer place next time I visit Chico

BEAUTIFUL 7/5 W/POOL/HOT TUB LOTS OF ROOM
This house was amazing. It had everything we needed to keep us occupied and comfortable during our stay. We defintely recommend to other and will be back next year.

The stay was very welcoming. It was very spacious for everything we needed.
