"The kitchen was fully equipped. Many nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. We were surprised that we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs from the street level to the elevator. There are 3 switches that need to be on to have hot water at the sinks and showers. One of the switches is mounted upside down so you need to look closely. Marco was very helpful and had our problems with hot water and heat fixed by the next morning."
