"When I went to my room for the first time after checking in, "No Enter" was written on the door in black marker. So, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to enter or not! Went back down to the desk, the employee came back up to the room to check it out and said it was fine. Not sure why that was on the door. At breakfast the next morning, there wasn't much hot breakfast there. The front desk employee said that because she wasn't there earlier in the week, the order didn't get placed so they didn't have what they normally would at breakfast. Other than that, it was fine."

"What I loved about this hotel in particular was that it was very clean !!! The customer service was very polite and took care of my issue promptly . They had 30 cameras in and around the hotel with great clarity .. always felt safe which is number one in my book!!"

"The staff was outstanding, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had dinner one night and the steaks were excellent. I was able to extend checkout for an extra hour which was very helpful, as my granddaughter was able to ride the pony again. We participated in multiple activities such as Tomahawk and Archery; the attendants were helpful and provided positive feedback. The pool was chilly, but doable for children. The only disappointing thing that occurred was the adults were unable to ride horses."
