Beautiful chalet "Chalet Sept", 2 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 350 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, skisport facilities 600 m, ice rink 1.2 km, children's playground 1.4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 600 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Chalet Sept", 5-room chalet 150 m2 on 2 levels, north facing position. Object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. Renovated in 2023, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with shower/WC. Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed with bath/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
