In the house: ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 950 m, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 800 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m.
"Rêves des Alpes", 5-room chalet 150 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, hi-fi system, DVD and electric heating. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with bar. Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 2 balconies, north facing position and west facing position, small balcony, south facing position terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage (2 cars), height 210 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.
