In the complex: restaurant, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). Bel appartement très fonctionnel idéalement situé. Nous avons passé 1 semaine en familles avec des enfants de 3 et 5 ans.

De woning is iets ouder, huiskamer kan wel wat verbetering krijgen. Bijvoorbeeld schoorsteen schilderen, of hout erom heen zetten. Bank en eettafel waren prima. Bed in slaapkamer ook logerbeld was wat primitief.

Comme d'habitude, la situation est parfaite pour partir skis aux pieds. L'appartement est équipé correctement, on y a tout trouvé ce qu'on avait besoin (à l'exception de la râpe pour la salade de carottes, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir :-) ). Il y avait même des quelques jeux pour les enfants (bon... en allemand) et des magazines (bon...en flamand). Le wifi nous a joués quelques tours au début, mais une fois le routeur redémarrer, tout est bien allé. Juste dommage que les chiens ne soient pas acceptés: on serait bien venus avec le nôtre.

Location agréable et conforme aux photos avec des appareils modernes (micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, vitrocéram). Seul bémol, petit frigo et fenêtres de la cuisine et de la salle de bain pas facile à ouvrir pour quelqu'un de petit !
