Villa was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and good location, and the villa agent went out of her way to help at anytime excellent Wish more places were as helpful and lived up to expertations

Eenn heerlijke plek om je vakantie door te brenge!

De villa is wat hoger gelegen op de heuvel waardoor je een schitterend uitzicht hebt over de baai, maar toch voldoende privacy bij het zwembad. In de villa is alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt voor een leuke vakantie: ijskast met diepvries, vaatwas, wasmachine, handdoeken, lakens, reisstekkers... . We werden zelfs verwelkomd met enkele basis producten in de ijskast en een fles wijn. De communicatie vanuit de organisatie was top en het terrein goed onderhouden. Een dikke aanrader! Wij komen nog wel eens terug!

Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Вилла большая, тёплая, современный стиль и ремонт! Спасибо хозяину виллы за угощения (Вино, сыр, яйца, ветчина, джемы и тд). Посуда, мангал, большой телевизор и шикарный вид на море. Так же собственный бассейн с видом на море. оценка 10!!!!

Suurepärane villa matkahuvilistele

Ideaalne villa matkahuvilistele. Akamasi poolsaare matkarajad algavad mõne kilomeetri kauguselt. Villa ise on tõeliselt lõõgastav ja suurepäraste vaadetega Latsi lahele ja Troodose mägedele.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Villa und großer Garten mit Pool. Viele süße, hungrige Katzen rund ums Haus. Sehr gute Betreuung und Empfang vom Villa Manager: Obst, Milch, Toastbrot und Bier waren bei der Ankunft schon vorhanden. Auch Salz, Zucker, Tee, Geschirrspülertabs und Seife. Im großen und ganzen sehr sauber, auch wenn einiges meinen Standards nicht entsprochen hat (Flecken am Sofa oder Geschirrtücher, manche Kuchenkästen waren nicht tiptop gereinigt). Die Terrasse wurde neu gemacht. Reichlich Liegen und Terrassenmöbel vorhanden. Heizung durch Klimaanlagegeräte ok, aber nicht optimal (wir waren im Februar hier). Aus Stromspargründen laufen Heizung und Warmwasser nicht unbegrenzt man muss sie alle paar Stunden wieder einschalten. Erste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 5’ mit dem Auto hinunter in Latsi.

Modern Villa with Stunning views

The villa was set in a lovely location in the hills. I am pleased we hired a car. I chose SIXT and I will never use them again. They claimed that I damaged the car, which I hadn't. They claimed that I didn't report the "accident", which never happened so the extra Euro 90 I paid for extra insurance was void. This did spoil the end of our lovely holiday which has made me wary of coming to Cyprus again. This is apparently a common scam, so check out reviews before you book! This is essential for the property and there is a dedicated car space. The garden consists of shrubs set in gravel, but some weeding needs to be done near the pool. All external windows are of the sliding type including those in the kitchen area and lounge, which lead out on to the paved area beside the pool. I spend most of the week during the day working at my laptop on the dining table in the kitchen, while my children swam in the pool. The WiFi connection was adequate for website maintenance.

Good & quiet location

The villa was huge with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. it was also in a peaceful location and close to the sea where all the watersports activities held. FThe only feedback is the bathroom shower pressure was not strong enough. Also, it would be better if they will provide a vacuum cleaner to easily clean the floorings. It was good overall and I will definitely gonna go back to this villa. well recommended.
