"Das Haus ist in der Bergwelt Sardiniens sehr ruhig inmitten von Berg- und Landwirtschaft gelegen. Es ist eine fantastische Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon aus. Natur pur. Es hat Trinkwasser ab Hahn im Haus. Zudem sehr heisses Wasser ab Hahn, was sehr angenehm ist. Abstriche gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung selber haben wir ordentlich vorgefunden, jedoch musste das Küchengeschirr vor dem Gebrauch zuerst gereinigt werden und die Klobürste war vermutlich noch von letzter Saison....

"This was a short stay for us and served as a base as we explored the surrounding coastline in Sardinia. The township is small, but has facilities (although limited and some do not open daily)."

"A lovely property with great facilities and thankfully excellent air conditioning as weather reached unseasonal 39c. Local archaeology is amazing and beaches 30 mins drive are excellent for either beach or snorkelling. Local restaurants excellent Amazing horse risk stables locally with guests who travel from across the world to their world class lessons......"

"The property was just as advertised. Tasteful furnishings and design. Clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. Without AC it can be hot (we were there during perhaps the worst heat wave in years!) in certain rooms. Although it wasn't a bother for us, there isn't much of a living room space. Otherwise, a wonderful place in a lovely small hillside town (PS, don't expect much in terms of local eateries or entertainment! Again, not a concern for us)."

"Just back from a week in Seneghe and we all had a great time. The house is amazing and was larger than we were expecting. It has been really well restored and is quirky and very unusual - in a good way. We parked right outside and the town has a couple of handy little markets just along the road as well as a bank, Pizza restaurant (very good) and a bakers and couple of delis. - Seneghe is an interesting place to explore with lots of narrow backstreets and ancient houses and we loved wandering...

"Voor liefhebbers van lekker eten, natuur en voor mensen die echt mee willen leven in een dorp op Sardinië.. dit is een hele mooie plek. Echt weg van de massa, eerlijk eten voor eerlijke prijzen. Met kinderen enorm leuk (als ze buiten de gebaande paden kunnen lopen). Sam is fantastisch en betrokken, ook met de kinderen. Watervallen, stranden, springen in de golven, dammen bouwen in de beekjes...zelfs op een ezeltje rijden kan. Het huis is lekker koel en als je na een dag heerlijk eten en avontuur...

"We had a great time in this fantastic apartment, there is a small garden with green grass and a terrace with table, chairs and sun-bench where we enjoyed the expansive views of the valley and distant mountains (and at night there was the spectacular stars of the night sky). At the entrance to the property there is the start of nice walk to the nearby town of Selu crossing the valley and passing the old roman bridge at the bottom and several farms and up to the town which has several alimentari...

"La casa è molto pulita e riccamente equipaggiata di coperte, stoviglie e complementi alimentari (es. olio, sale e altri dettagli che sono sempre difficili da portare con sè in questo tipo di viaggio di lavoro)."

"Maison au calme avec petite cour intérieure ombragée. Jolie maison très bien aménagée ou nous avons passé un agréable séjour. 2 salles de bains rénovées avec goût. Nous avons apprécié le niveau d'équipement de la maison qui offre tout le confort possible (lave linge, lave vaisselle, machine à café et ses dosettes et bien d'autres)."
