"Place was good but.. Fridge in room was not working properly Cluster of black ants in the room.. on complain i was told that cleaning staff was gone as it was 10.15 pm. Bit i said having a toddler in room i dont wana sleep with 40-50 ants roaming around. I asked myself for broom and cleaned myself."

"We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. If several people are checking in at once, it's a bit of a wait because their process is slow. That is the only drawback we found. It hasn't stopped us from returning. The location is great and you can walk to several galleries and the parliament buildings easily."

"The address listed by Expedia is incorrect. In a world where we travel by entering addresses into maps, we lost valuable time in the wrong part of the large campus due to the Woodroffe address listed. Thankfully the Residence staff guided us in the right direction and were very helpful and accommodating, also thankfully we have a vehicle to move ourselves across the area. If we had been dropped off, with all our equipment, we would have been stuck a very long way from the actual Residence. The rooms are clean and simple. Perfect for what it is. Staff, access, parking, all great. Very disappointed in Expedia for not confirming the location."
